We ship Australia-wide, free, on every order. No minimum.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the next business day.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Delivery times

These are based on Australia Post's own delivery estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer over the Christmas period and during industrial action or severe weather.

If your trip is close, email us at boabbottle@gmail.com with your departure date before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it. If we say it will arrive before you fly and it doesn't, tell us and we'll refund you in full.
Tracking
Your tracking link is in your dispatch email. If tracking hasn't moved for a week, email us and we'll chase it with Australia Post.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, and email us within 7 days. If it's marked delivered and you don't have it, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Either way you're not out of pocket — we'll replace it or refund you.
International
We currently ship within Australia only.
